WOCATO recently took the team out for a relaxing and energetic team building day at a countryside farmstead (agritainment). Colleagues from different departments set aside their daily routines and embraced a day of outdoor fun, laughter, and friendly competition. The day was filled with classic games that brought out everyone's playful side: Tug-of-War: Two teams pulled with all their might, cheered on by enthusiastic colleagues. Jump Rope: Individual and group challenges kept everyone moving and smiling. Other interactive games: Quick relay races and fun mini-competitions added to the lively atmosphere. Between games, the team enjoyed a delicious farm-style lunch together, sharing stories and strengthening bonds in a relaxed, natural setting. The outing was a wonderful reminder that teamwork, laughter and a little fresh air go a long way. WOCATO looks forward to more such moments of connection and joy as we continue building success together.
